Prior legal employment: My experience includes being a Lead Trial Attorney, Capital Litigation, Missouri State Public Defenders Office, and an Investigator, Missouri Fee Dispute Resolution Committee.

Publications: I authored two books, the first was “The Defender” and the second book is “Foreclosure”.

Since 1995, I have been an Adjunct Professor at the Saint Louis University where I teach Civil Trial Practice.

Honors and awards: I was named a Super Lawyer in Missouri by Kansas City Magazine; I was awarded the Volunteer Award by the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, named Outstanding Professional and was also awarded the Volunteer Lawyer Award from the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office.

Memberships: I am a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), the Mound City Bar Association, and the American Society of IRS Problem Solvers, Martindale-Hubbell Superior Rating.
